I still wonder about the priorities--how much of a distraction are signs in comparison to cell phones, eating in your car, etc. Obviously we can't ban everything, and I fear that this is a case of going after an attainable target at the expense of businesses. If the law calls for there to be a 5 second cycle, but is ambiguously written, then new legistlation is called for to clarify the law. Or we could waste a courtroom for a few days to re-write it. <BR/><BR/>You asked what the difference between a 4 second cyle and a 5 second cycle is. Here is your answer: If you are 18 years old and have sex with your 17 year, 364 days, 11 hours and 59 minutes old girlfriend, it's rape. 61 seconds later, it's perfectly legal. That is the difference between a 4 second cycle and a 5 second cycle.
