Priorities For Public Housing

I heard on the radio today that 25% of our homeless population--about 495,000 people--are veterans, whose skills were simply unemployable or who needed more help than could be provided.

Here's an idea: can we guarantee first priority for public housing to veterans? Why don't we already? This is embarrassing. If anyone has earned an 'entitlement', it's them.
