One of Moyer's last press releases was a Media Advisory about the planting of Acorns at West Annapolis Elementary School.
Conversely, one of Cohen's first press releases was that the City Announces and Immediate Hiring Freeze.
It just shows you that Moyer either didn't care, or couldn't understand that the City was burning down financially.
At least Cohen seems to be getting the message that there's an emergency here. But, he's got a long way to go in even beginning to address the problem.
