A reader emailed me with this information....I'm not sure if it's in The Capital or not. Karen Jennings, an apparent Ward 2 Resident, will represent the Green Party in the Ward 2 Special Election.
I do not know who this person is, but have invited her (indirectly through the aforementioned reader) to make known her campaign points if she so desires.
