Over the past month or so, some rumors have been circulating about the possible departure of the Honorable Alderman from the 2nd Ward, Mike Christman. The central committee, of which I am a member, would typically know if such an event were to occur, and after putting the issue to our chariman, I think it is safe to say that the rumors were just that, rumors.
Kudos to Scott Bowling, a former aldermanic candidate in Ward 3, for keeping up with the issue. Check out his take here. He is right on target, and since free time is becoming more and more scarce for myself, I will happily defer to his commentary.
